Our female serval, zuri, gave birth to two very healthy cubs on the 4th of August 2005. This is an exciting addition to our serval family.
The mother, Zuri, has been in Ardastra since 2000 and she was only recently accompanied with a male named Garfunkle in April 2005. Garfunkle did not waste any time in expanding his family.
Servals are a medium-sized cat native to the African savannah. They are often mistaken for a cheetah due to similar markings but these cats belong to a seperate family of cat and can be recognised by their large ears used to pin point the where-a-bouts of prey.
