The Ardastra Flamingo encounter show is a show like no other. You will get up close and personal to one of the shiest of birds but also one of the most strikingly beautiful.
Not only will you be able to take some magical photos of these wonderful creatures but they will also perform for you. Using the flamingos' natural ability to flock, they have been trained to march to such verbal commands as:
about face,
forward march,
pick it up from their trainer. During this, you will learn all about their natural history and much more interesting information, as flamingos trully are fascinating birds.
During the show, a few lucky members are chosen for a special close encounter. They are brought into the arena to stand with the birds for personal photographs. Here the birds may even interact with you, giving you a once in a life time experience.
